Our industrial gases European operations became part of the Nippon Sanso Holdings Group through an acquisition in December 2018. The acquisition included businesses in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. We currently operate the efficient and reliable European business under the brand of NIPPON GASES with a significant portion of sales generated from the Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Portugal), Italy, and Germany.
