GovernanceJapanCompliance Education Initiatives

We provide compliance education and training on an ongoing basis for employees at all levels. Organization-specific compliance training helps employees learn the essentials of compliance, anti-harassment laws, antimonopoly laws, and subcontractor laws. Our training is also designed to instill an awareness and desire to improve compliance in our employees.
When conducting training, the President CEO and the Group Chief Compliance Officer (GCCO) first give messages on the importance of compliance, clearly demonstrating the commitment of top management and the direction of the Group as a whole. Feedback from each department and organization is incorporated into the training content, and the training programs are reviewed as necessary when there are changes in laws or the social environment, in order to ensure that they are more effective.
In light of changes in work styles, from FYE2021 onward, the Company has promoted the use of measures such as online training. This enables the Company to accommodate diverse work styles, such as telework and flextime, providing an environment in which employees can flexibly participate in compliance training in line with their individual work arrangements.
